All international RACV travel insurance policyholders have access to the 24 hour assistance team 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are just a phone call away. 

If you:

  • are hospitalised; or
  • you are being treated as an outpatient and the total cost of any consultation or treatment will exceed $2,000,

you, or a member of your travelling party, should contact +61 2 8055 1699 as soon as reasonably practicable.
