Frequently asked questions

You can easily update your personal details online: 

  1. Go to your online account.
  2. Go to ‘My details'. 

From there, you can view and update your: 

  • phone number 
  • email address 

To update your name or date of birth, you’ll need to call us on 13 72 28.

You can find your products and documents in your online account.

From the dashboard you can see your:

  • insurance policy numbers
  • product expiry dates
  • payment details and due dates. 

You can also click ‘View details’ next to each product for more detailed information.

To view your documents visit the Documents tab.

For Club members, you can see:

  • how many years you've been a member
  • your recent transactions.
