It's easy to create an online RACV account.
Visit our create an account page and fill in your details.
We'll then send you a link to verify your email and set a password.
Once that's done, you can log in to your online account anytime.
From here you can:
- view and update your details
- access and upload documents
- make a claim
- make a payment
- view your payment history
- manage your RACV Motor Insurance or Emergency Roadside Assistance.

You can easily update your personal details online:
- Go to your online account.
- Go to ‘My details'.
From there, you can view and update your:
- phone number
- email address
To update your name or date of birth, you’ll need to call us on 13 72 28.

You can find your products and documents in your online account.
From the dashboard you can see your:
- insurance policy numbers
- product expiry dates
- payment details and due dates.
You can also click ‘View details’ next to each product for more detailed information.
To view your documents visit the Documents tab.
For Club members, you can see:
- how many years you've been a member
- your recent transactions.
