Royal Benowa Ballroom

Our impressive 1500-square-metre pillarless ballroom is the feature venue of the conference centre and opens out to the light-filled Royal Benowa Foyer.

The Ballroom is multi-configurable and can be themed to suit any conference or event. It divides into three separate meeting rooms: Prince, Monarch and Marquis.

Our Norfolk Hall is located on the same floor as the Royal Benowa Ballroom, VIP room and Business Centre, offering diverse possibilities for your conference or event.

It also has the versatility to be sectioned off into 3 smaller column-free rooms, called Jacaranda, Karrie Webb and Norfolk.

These compact meeting rooms with abundant natural light are ideal for break-out sessions accommodating 10-30 delegates.

The light-filled Boardroom features a purpose-built boardroom table with opulent leather executive chairs for up to 16 delegates.

Outdoor spaces

RACV Royal Pines Resort's tennis court transformed into a function space, with tables set up banquet style, a stage with screens and fairy lights hung up.

The perfect location for functions with a twist.

Have all the atmosphere of being outdoors but completely covered by a large, white sail. Transform this area into an ‘under the sea’ adventure or a ‘circus big top’ for up to 1,800 guests cocktail style.

A great space for a cocktail party or dinner under the stars.

The timber pool deck overlooking our tropically-styled pool and complemented by lush gardens. The deck seats 180 delegates, while the whole pool area including the deck seats 450. It can accommodate 700 cocktail-style.

Overlooking the resort’s championship golf course our outdoor event spaces are perfect for dinner events, car and truck displays and festival style food truck events. Multiple AV, lighting and catering options are available.

Our elite sports facilities are ideal for teams and sporting groups. Plus, our executive chef can create tailored menus and work with your teams’ nutritionists to fulfil dietary requirements.

Private room next to sports field, ideal for sporting groups up to 60. Great space for team professionals such as nutritionists and trainers to use.
