Mini pancake cereal recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 50g butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl to make pancake batter. Pour the batter into a squeeze bottle.
- Squeeze small spots of the pancake mix onto a fry pan, leaving room between them. Using a skewer or spatula, carefully flip the pancake dots over carefully. You know it's time to flip the pancakes when tiny bubbles appear under the batter. Don't have the temperature too high or the pancakes will burn on the outside and not cook in the middle. Keep repeating this step until you have enough mini pancakes to fill a bowl.
- Finish with your desired combination, such as honey, whipped cream or berries, or lightly dust with icing sugar.
