RACV brings 20 new customer service positions to Wodonga
RACV is adding to its team of customer service centre consultants in Wodonga with 20 new positions open to applications from interested job-seekers.
The new roles are based at RACV’s Wodonga store at 174 High Street and will offer hybrid conditions – employees will be able to spend time working from home as well as the office.
RACV Executive General Manager Membership, Mark Geraghty, said RACV was excited about expanding its team throughout regional Victoria.
“We’re really looking forward to welcoming new members of the RACV team and strengthening our relationship with the Wodonga community,” Mr Geraghty said.
“In addition to the great employment opportunities for locals in Wodonga and its neighbouring townships, these new positions will also provide benefits to the local economy.”
Mr Geraghty also announced a further contribution RACV has made to an important Wodonga organisation.
“We have also made a $5,000 donation to On-Country Pathways as a small token of appreciation to the community for welcoming RACV and working alongside us for more than 40 years,” Mr Geraghty said.
On-Country Pathways delivers employment and career pathway programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth.
Lisa Harding, a member of RACV’s Wodonga team, encouraged locals to come along and register their interest.
“In my time with RACV, they have always provided a supportive environment and treat their staff really well,” Ms Harding said.
“With the kind of quality training we get, there is a confidence and comfort level from day one.”
RACV’s association with Wodonga is a long one – something Lisa and members of her community appreciate.
“RACV has always shown a real commitment to regional areas including Wodonga. Jobs like these are really important to our local economy and community.”
The recruitment for the Wodonga positions is currently under way, and any Wodonga locals interested in learning more about the positions can email careers@racv.com.au.
