The historical Cascade Building on Collins Street has been reimagined to become Cascade on Collins. A hot spot for drinks, crowd-pleasing share plates, and a great atmosphere for visitors, Tassie locals, and guests of RACV Hobart Hotel. 

If you're in the central Hobart area, Cascade on Collins is open until late on weekdays and weekends alike.
