Ballroom James / Day / Coleman

This incredibly flexible space offers stunning views of Mt Riddell (and can be blacked out when required). The room is capable of accommodating 300 delegates in theatre style seating or the same number for a stylish cocktail party. Alternatively, up to 200 guests can be seated at tables for a dining event. The ballroom is 3.7 metres high and completely without pillars so the options and possibilities are virtually limitless. You can even drive vehicles from ground level into the ballroom for display.

The state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment includes three data projectors and retractable screens, along with an inbuilt sound system. Attached to the ballroom is the Mt Riddell Room containing a boardroom table for six, couches, a secretarial area and a private bathroom. Also available is a large pre-function area that can be used as a trade show space, and an outdoor terrace that can also be utilised for pre-functions. A wide variety of menu options are available, all utilising delicious local produce and fresh seasonal ingredients.

Barak Room and Watts Room

Healesville Country Club & Resort offers a range of small to medium meeting rooms located on level one. These versatile rooms include a data projector, retractable screen, in-built sound system and a lectern.

Grand Conservatory

The perfect place to hold a cocktail party or networking event overlooking stunning Mt Riddell in the Yarra Valley. The Gazebo is a covered outdoor entertaining area, the perfect setting for cocktail receptions, sit down lunch or dinners or networking drinks with an extraordinary view. In the same area, you will find the Grand Conservatory, an undercover marquee equipped with heating and lighting, offering the perfect blank space for sit down events or networking receptions.
