  • Gift it to a loved one

    After purchasing, you'll receive a confirmation email with the eGift Card attached as a PDF – ready for you to send to your loved one.

  • Redeem at any resort

    Your friend or family member can redeem the eGift Card in person at any of our 9 resorts.

You can use an RACV Resort eGift Card on accommodation, dining, One Spa and golf at any of our 9 resorts across Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania.

Resort eGift Cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards or as payment of credit accounts.

Resort eGift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Any unused value will not be refunded or credited.

Yes, you can buy multiple eGift Cards in one transaction. After purchasing, these will be sent to you in one PDF in your confirmation email.

If you’d like your eGift Cards in separate PDFs, you must buy them individually.

Redeem your eGift Card by presenting a printed or digital copy in person at an RACV Resort. eGift Cards cannot be redeemed online or over the phone.

If you’d like to use your eGift Card for accommodation, please contact the resort directly to book and let us know you have an eGift Card. You’ll be able to pay in person when you’re at the resort.

You can use your eGift Card in one or multiple transactions. Any unused value will not be refunded or credited. If your purchase exceeds the eGift Card’s value, you’ll need to pay the difference via another payment method.

If you’re staying at one of our resorts, you can charge back to your room and settle the final balance when you check out.
