All attendees aged 18 and older need to register to attend. We recommend pre-registering to ensure everything goes smoothly, but you can also register on the day in the Level 2 foyer.

When you arrive, simply scan your ticket to enter.

The 2025 RACV Travel Expo will be held at Level 2 RACV City Club, 501 Bourke Street, Melbourne.

Public parking is available in nearby streets, however we recommend catching public transport to avoid traffic. Please note that RACV City Club parking is limited to staying guests and RACV Club Members.

Travelling by train:
Southern Cross Station is 2 blocks away, on the corner of Bourke Street and Spencer Street.

Travelling by tram:
Trams 86 and 96 will take you near the front of RACV City Club. Get off at stop 4, Queen Street/Bourke Street.

Smart casual is the minimum dress requirement throughout RACV City Club. Children are also required to adhere to the dress standards.

A coffee and tea station will be set up in the Level 2 foyer.

There are also cafes and restaurants near the expo – we recommend the Bistro on the ground floor and Sojourn, located just outside the building on New Chancery Lane. Bookings recommended.
