What is a Holiday package

Can I call to book?
Most Hotel and Holiday Package product is online bookable. If you have a questions with your existing booking please email enquiries@holidays.racv.com.au or call 13 17 17 during business hours (Monday - Friday 9-5)
Why is my chosen offer unavailable?
This may be due to your combination of date and guests, or the offer may be sold out on the chosen dates. If you’re flexible with your dates, simply search for new dates. Alternatively, explore our other offers within your chosen destination.
How can I book a room for my family or group of friends?
If you would like to book more than one room (for example three separate rooms for the three families), you can do so as part of the booking journey.
Can I make a special request to the accommodation provider?
Should you wish to place a special request, you should contact the hotel directly. Alternately, you may call our Travel Consultants on 13 17 17 from Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 5 pm (excluding public holidays) or email your request to enquiries@holidays.racv.com.au
How do I access RACV Member offers?
When you are on the platform you will be able to validate with your member details (Name and Member number) This will unlock specific Member offers. You may need to present your member card on arrival if asked.
What payment options are available?

All debit and credit card payments incur a 0.6% surcharge.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 Hours of making your booking, contact our Travel Consultants on 13 17 17 from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (excluding public Holidays).
What do I need to show when I check in?
You'll need:
- The voucher from your RACV Hotels & Packages confirmation email
- Photo ID for each guest over 18 (A Passport is required for hotels outside Australia); and
- An RACV Membership card if applicable.
Can I change dates?
You're not able to amend the dates of an existing booking, however you can cancel your booking (subject to cancellation policy) and make another booking if your desired dates are available.

Can I shorten or extend my stay?
To shorten your stay, you'll be required to cancel your existing booking and make a new one.

To extend your stay, you can make an additional booking for the extra days - if you do decide to extend and make a new booking, we kindly ask you to email us the new confirmation details alongside your original confirmation number so we are able to notify your hotel the bookings are linked and ensure a smooth check in experience.

Can I give the booking to someone else?
No, the booking must be made in the name of the guest who will be staying.
How do I cancel a booking?
Call our Travel Consultants on 13 17 17 from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (excluding public holidays) or email your cancellation request to enquiries@holidays.racv.com.au and we will reply to you within 3 business days.
How long does a refund take to process?
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for a refund to go back into your account.
