An interactive, immersive attraction based on the well-known board game, MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne provides the opportunity to experience the beloved game through a series of rooms, activities, challenges, and explorations.

Located on the lower ground floor of the Melbourne Central complex, MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne is not a large board game, but the chance to the experience life in the world of MONOPOLY.

Set over 1700sqm, MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne includes specialised nods to Melbourne such as trams, street art and a film experience. 

Alongside a range of fun challenges and games in MONOPOLY City, the attraction includes a tour through the luxury mansion of Mr Monopoly, a laser maze challenge, and a 4Dx cinema featuring a 3D movie with motion-enabled seats and special effects.

Make a grab for cash at the Bank, explore the Chance to make Monopoly money at the Water Works and Electric Company, and don’t forget to create your own Title Deed and Own it All! Just try your best to avoid Jail!

Open seven days a week, ticket holders will be allocated a specific session time to manage capacity, which are scheduled in 30 minute intervals.

It is advised to set aside at least 1 – 1.5 hours to fully enjoy the interactive experience.

What is included with a MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne ticket?

All major attractions, including the tours and experiences in MR MONOPOLY’s Mansion, MONOPOLY City (encompassing all games, challenges and the 4D cinema) are included in the entry price.

Is MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne suitable for children? 

The experience is open to children of all ages, with eight dedicated party and games rooms also for hire, although there are some requirements for certain activities: 

  • Those aged 0 - 2 are free, although they still need a ticket 
  • Those aged 3 – 15 classify for a child ticket, and must be accompanied by an adult
  • Those aged 16 and over are classified as adults.

Please note children under 3 are not permitted in the 4DX cinema.
