Cosmo Sour cocktail recipe
Ingredients:
- 30ml your favourite vodka
- 30ml marionette orange curacao
- 15ml simple syrup
- 30ml pasteurised egg white or Aquafaba
- 30ml cranberry juice
Method:
- Add vodka into cocktail shaker with orange curacao, lime juice, cranberry juice, sugar syrup and egg white
- Dry shake for six seconds (dry shaking is when you shake a cocktail with no ice to help the egg white expand)
- Double strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice
