Account and payment details

You’ll get a monthly account statement for your Club membership card.

Your statement includes transactions made during the previous month.

Log in to your online account to view your account statement and transactions.

You can also opt in to receive statements by email.

Settling your account

Monthly accounts must be settled strictly within 30 days.

Overdue balances will incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month.

If an account is not paid after 60 days, your membership may be deactivated and you’ll be unable to use your Club card. Continued breach of payment terms may lead to permanent expulsion.

Transfer or update your membership

Your RACV Club membership is a 12-month term.

During your renewal period (end of 12-month term) you can pause your membership. During this period you'll be an absentee member. This means you can keep your years of club membership and your membership type.

Things to keep in mind

  • You’ll need to pay an administration fee of $60.
  • As an absentee member you won’t be able to access the Club or use any benefits.
  • You can only pause your membership for up to 24 months in total.

You can choose to reactivate your membership at any time and pay a pro-rata renewal amount.

Your RACV Club membership is a 12 month term. During renewal (end of the 12-month term) you can cancel your Club membership.

RACV Club membership may be transferable in some circumstances. These include if a Club member dies or is no longer able to use Club facilities due to an injury or illness.

How it works

The membership can be transferred to a:

  • spouse, or partner
  • child or a grandchild.

Applications are reviewed by our RACV Club and Membership Committee.

Things to keep in mind

  • Membership numbers are not transferable.
  • Club membership years and concession entitlements can only be transferred to a spouse or partner.

We're sorry to hear about your loss and want to make this process as simple as possible for you. 

We can only discuss or make changes to an account with the Executor of the Deceased Estate.

After you notify us and supply any required documents, we'll deactivate the membership and process any eligible refund. You’ll need to provide bank details for any eligible refund.
