Club members can bring guests to the Shared Workspace or booked meeting room. Guests who wish to stay with the member after the meeting room booking are not required to pay to use the Shared Workspace.
When a Club member books and pays for a meeting room, this payment includes all-day access to the Shared Workspace for the Club member and their guests.
The Club member should:
- Meet their guests at the front of the City Club or at the Concierge desk.
- Escort their guests to the Shared Workspace. Swipe your membership card to enter.
- If you have a meeting room booked, check in with the Host Desk staff on Level 1.
- When your guests wish to leave, use your swipe pass to exit. Guests may stay with the member after a booking and use the facility free of charge.
As with all places in the Club, members are responsible for their visitors, including gaining entry and exit from the workspace. Guests without a Club member cannot access this area.
