Our mentoring program for RACV Club Members will support you to:
You'll be paired with a like-minded member to participate in a structured 14-week program. During the program you'll meet around 7 or 8 times.
The program focuses on your development by pairing you with an experienced Club member. They'll act as a mentor to help you develop and learn through shared experience.
You'll manage the relationship with your mentor by planning meetings, setting agendas and ensuring the best use of available time and resources.
You'll be professionally paired with a mentee to provide guidance, support, practical understanding and feedback. While the program mostly focuses on the mentee, you'll play an essential role in its success.
Mentors should have professional experience and be comfortable sharing learnings. No previous mentor experience is needed.
We typically have 2 intakes per year.

Not all applicants will be matched for the next immediate intake.
This just means there might not be an appropriate match at that point in time. If you're not matched for a particular intake, you'll be first to be considered for the next intake.

People tend to think that it is a one-way relationship in that the mentor is giving help and advice to the mentee, however in this program it is anything but. One of the reasons that the program works so well is the organisation that goes on in the background. Whether it is matching the mentors and mentees together, or organising team catch-ups."
