You’ll get an email to let you know your claim’s ready to settle. Then you can log into your account, or create an account, to claim with a digital store card.
You can choose to settle your claim by selecting a digital store card from a wide range of Australia’s leading retailers. These cover electrical goods, sporting, clothing, travel, experiences, cinema, groceries and more.
You can select multiple store cards up to the value of your claim. If you have $100 or less remaining, we’ll send you the rest through an electronic funds transfer.

Choose your retailers online using the link in the email we sent you. Once this is done, you’ll get a confirmation email with your card details.

If you haven’t got the email, remember to check your junk folder. Once received, you’re ready to redeem your card online or instore.

Cancelling a store card
If you haven’t chosen a card from our website, call 1300 317 530 to cancel your order. Once you’ve chosen a card it’s emailed to you and can’t be cancelled.
