Beginner Bridge Lessons are back! One of the Club’s largest interest groups, the RACV Bridge Club hosts sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays each week. The Tripe Club of Victoria presents Major Brendan Nottle, a Salvation Army officer for over 30 years and Collingwood Football Club chaplain for nearly 25 years. Named Melburnian of the Year in 2013, Brendan has served on advisory groups like the Premier’s Ice Action Taskforce. Since 2003, he and his wife, Major Sandra Nottle, have led the Salvation Army’s Melbourne operations, supporting vulnerable communities. Through “Melbourne Project 614,” Brendan oversees a small team and 1,000 volunteers aiding those facing homelessness, mental health issues, and addiction. His tireless work has earned widespread respect and recognition across Victoria.
