There are 134 large and spacious rooms including suites, family suites, double and twin, disability friendly rooms and interconnecting rooms for families.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking in advance to secure your accommodation.

RACV City Club The Retreat

RACV Club Membership

Only members of the RACV Club can book accommodation under the Club Member rate at the RACV City or Healesville properties. RACV Club members pay an annual membership fee which enables members to book accommodation for themselves, their family, friends and guests at both RACV Club locations and to access the range of Club dining, lifestyle and recreation facilities. RACV Club membership is available to anyone through a nomination process. Learn more about how to become an RACV Club member.

 

Guest Rates: Members wishing to make reservations for their guests must do so directly with the RACV Club. Member Guest Rates are applied to all room tariffs. For bookings and enquiries please contact Reservations on (03) 9944 8888.
Check In and Check Out: Members & Guests can check in from 2.00pm daily. Check out is 11.00am unless a late check out has been arranged.
Cancellation Policy: For arrivals on or before 30th June 2025: You will be charged 80% of the total price of your stay if you cancel after 2pm the day before arrival. Existing bookings will still honour the current cancellation policy. For arrivals on or after 1st July 2025: You will be charged 80% of the total price of your stay if you cancel after 2pm the day before arrival (14 days for peak periods and special events). No changes to cancellation policies for third party bookings or non-refundable bookings. 
Dress Code: Smart casual is the minimum dress code required at all times at the City Club. Please refer to our etiquette policy.
Smoking: Please note smoking is not permitted at the City Club and Healesville Country Club & Resort.
