You can apply online if you:

• Have a current VISA or Mastercard
• Don't already have RACV Emergency Roadside Assistance
• Aren't nominating a taxi

It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, depending on the options you select.

Please be aware that a 14 day waiting period applies on Accident and Extended Benefits for all products for Blue Card holders. A 24 hour waiting period applies on Accident and Extended Benefits for all products for all other card holders.

Please allow 1 business day for processing. If you require immediate assistance please phone 13 RACV (13 72 28).  Please note that a $90 surcharge applies to vehicles requiring immediate assistance or with pre-existing conditions.
