Airfare T&Cs:
Flight offers are available from major capital cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Hobart, Darwin or Canberra. Offer includes economy airfares and taxes, up to the value of $1,500 per person. For business class, the difference between the lowest bookable economy class fare and business class fare will be paid by the passenger. All offers are subject to airline availability. Qantas is our preferred carrier and if flights are unavailable we will look to book you on another suitable carrier for similar times. Flight tickets will be booked once final payment has been received. Fly free is only applicable to a return airfare to and from your home airport. Free flights are valid on the most direct route. Stopovers are not permitted. Amendments to ticketed flights will incur airline-related charges and a $50pp admin fee. Changes may not be possible if cancellation happens whilst on tour. Tour amendments and cancellations (airlines fees are in addition to the below):
Amendment requests permitted up to 60 days prior to commencement of the Journey, the Amended Journey must be within the same Travel Period. Amendments requested up to 100 days prior to commencement of the Journey: no fee. Amendments requested between 60-99 days prior to commencement of Journey: $250 per guest charged. Cancellations received up to 100 days prior to commencement of the Journey: cancellation fee is $500 per person. Cancellations received between 60 – 99 days prior to commencement of the Journey: cancellation fee is 50% of the Journey Price.
